Focused problem solving session

  • 2-one hour sessions of in depth work to gain deeper knowledge of the biomechanics of your body and how to bring more mobility, strength and ease into daily activities.

    1st session

    • Comprehensive full-body assessment to understand your unique movement patterns, joint limitations, and any areas of discomfort during exercise, activities of daily living and at the workplace.

    • Exercises tailored to address your goals, enhance your mobility, and support your body’s needs.

    2nd Session

    • We’ll dive deeper into targeted exercises designed to relieve areas of compression, increase joint range of motion, and provide you with the tools and awareness to modify your workouts or movements for long-term success.

    • All exercises will be documented in a personalized Google spreadsheet for easy reference.

  • Clients experiencing lingering aches and pains during or after a specific exercise or movement, or with a curiosity and desire for a deeper understanding of your movement mechanics. 

    All levels welcome. In person training.

  • $250 total for 2 one-hour sessions.

  • Unlike a standard hour-long workout, this extended time allows for deeper analysis and testing.
