Focused problem solving session

  • 2 hours of in depth work to gain deeper knowledge of the biomechanics of your body and how to bring more mobility, strength and ease into daily activities.

  • Clients experiencing lingering aches and pains during or after a specific exercise or movement, or with a curiosity and desire for a deeper understanding of your movement mechanics. 

    All levels welcome. In person training.

  • $250 total for 2 hour session.

  • Unlike a standard hour-long workout, this extended time allows for deeper analysis and testing.
